How Wedge Works: Inside the Design Agency that Marries Narrative and Aesthetic

The Project Lead will work directly with a team composed of Designers, Production Artists and Project Leads, and reports into the Director of Account Operations. The person will be responsible for orchestrating organization on projects, is highly detail oriented and motivated, carries a strategic mindset towards project management and planning, is industrious and curious, solution-oriented, well-spoken and a great communicator, a people person, and gets a true dopamine hit from clear next steps and timelines.
You’re someone who appreciates the details to make things run very well, with both empathy and rigour. It’s a role for a person who understands the world of brand, design, and packaging print production and who enjoys working in an intimate team where a strong sense of accountability is key.
